DC 11/21/2008 - 12/7/2008 Clothing < $100

GA 10/2/2008 - 10/5/2008 Selected energy products and WaterSense products < $1500. (Dishwashers, clothes washers, air conditioners, ceiling fans, fluorescent light bulbs, dehumidifiers, programmable thermostats, refrigerators, doors or windows.)

NC 11/7/2008 - 11/9/2008 Energy star qualified appliances including clothes washers, freezers, refrigerators, room air conditioners, ceiling fans, dehumidifiers, programmable thermostats.

SC 11/28/2008 - 11/29/2008 Handguns, rifles and shotguns.

VA 10/10/2008 - 10/13/2008 Select Energy-Star or WaterSense appliances < $2500 including dishwashers, clothes washers, air conditioners, ceiling fans, CFL bulbs, dehumidifiers, programmable thermostats or refrigerators.

WV 9/1/2008 - 9/7/2008 All Energy Star items less than $2500: battery chargers, air cleaners, water coolers, appliances, air conditioners, ceiling fans, CFL bulbs, light fixtures, dehumidifiers, programmable thermostats, and electronics.
